A New Era of Competition Begins September 1
Get ready for the Hazelmere Tennis Club Championships!
This year, we are excited to introduce a brand-new championship format designed to give members more flexibility, more opportunities to compete, and more chances to enjoy tennis throughout the season.
Registration is now open. We encourage all members to participate and be part of this exciting new chapter of Hazelmere tennis.
A NEW CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT
This year we're excited to introduce a new format for the Club Championships!
Instead of the traditional knockout tournament, we will be launching a Ladder-Style Club Championship designed to give members more flexibility and more opportunities to play.
Why the new format?
Free Entry
No registration fee required.
Previously, the Club Championship required a $75 entry fee. This year, participation is completely FREE.
Flexible Scheduling
Players arrange matches directly with their opponents.
Play when it fits your schedule instead of being assigned fixed match times.
More Tennis
Unlike a single-elimination tournament where your event may end after one or two matches, this format allows everyone to play multiple matches throughout the season.
More matches means more opportunities to improve, compete, and enjoy the experience.
Easy Online Management
The ladder is managed entirely through your web browser.
Simply enter your match score online. The system automatically updates standings and rankings.
At the end of the season, final standings and player placements are calculated automatically based on all completed results.
We believe this new format will encourage greater participation, provide more competitive tennis opportunities, and make the Club Championships more accessible for everyone.
EVENTS & REGISTRATION
Members can register for their appropriate event during the sign-up process.
Hazelmere Tennis Department reserves the right to adjust player placement where necessary to maintain competitive balance and provide the best possible playing experience for all participants.
HOW TO REGISTER

Log into your Tournament Software account or click "Sign Up" to create a new account.

② Visit Tournament Software
After logging in, visit Tournament Software to begin your registration.
③ Search Hazelmere
Use the search bar and enter "Hazelmere" to find the Club Championships event.
④ Select Your Event
Select the event you would like to enter and complete your registration.
Match Management:
Players are responsible for contacting their opponents, arranging match times, booking courts according to Hazelmere court policies, and entering completed match results into the system.
