First-Ever League Season-End Social
We're excited to invite all league participants to our very first League Season-End Social! Join us in the Garden Room as we celebrate another fantastic league season together.
Enjoy delicious snack platters, great company, and a few special gifts as we recognize everyone's hard work throughout the season. It's a great opportunity to reconnect with fellow players, share stories from the season, and celebrate our wonderful tennis community.
Location: Garden Room
Who: All league participants are welcome
Includes: Snack platters & special gifts
Cost: $25.00 + applicable taxes per person
Annual Tennis Facility Maintenance
To keep our tennis facility in top condition, the tennis building will be closed on Wednesday, August 19 for our annual maintenance.
This year's maintenance includes servicing the court lighting and court curtains. While the building will be closed, some private lessons may still be available depending on court availability.
If you have a lesson scheduled on or around August 19, please contact your coach directly for the latest information.
Introducing a New Club Championship Experience
We're excited to launch a brand-new Ladder-Style Club Championship this year!
Instead of the traditional single-elimination tournament, players will compete throughout the season in a flexible ladder format, giving everyone more opportunities to play, improve, and compete for the Club Championship.
Why we're making the change:

There is no registration fee, making the event more accessible for all members. (Previous entry fee: $75.00) - Flexible Scheduling
Arrange matches directly with your opponents at a mutually convenient time that fits your schedule. - More Tennis
Unlike a traditional knockout draw where your tournament may end after one or two matches, the ladder format allows everyone to play multiple matches throughout the season. - Easy Online Management
Everything is managed through your web browser. Simply enter your match score online, and the system automatically updates the standings and rankings.
At the end of the season, the final standings will be calculated automatically based on all completed matches. We believe this new format will create a more enjoyable, engaging, and competitive experience for all members.
Looking Ahead to Fall
Although summer is still in full swing, we're already preparing for another exciting indoor tennis season at Hazelmere.
Registration is now open for our upcoming private lessons, junior tennis programs, and group clinics. Whether you're looking to improve your game, introduce your child to tennis, or continue developing your skills through the fall and winter months, we'd love to have you on court.
