The summer season has flown by, and it all comes down to this! On Sunday, June 28, Hazelmere Tennis Club will host its final home match of the season.
To celebrate a fantastic year of competitive tennis and give our home team the ultimate send-off, we are turning this final fixture into a can't-miss club event. We want to pack the sidelines with as much energy, applause, and club pride as possible—and we have an incredible reason for you to come out and watch.
We are thrilled to announce that we have invited Vancouver’s own Chih Chi Huang to join us for this special event. Watching a player of this caliber step onto our home courts is a rare treat. If you want to see explosive serves, elite court coverage, and world-class shot-making up close, this is your chance.
Event Highlights & Player Bio
- Chih Chi Huang
A powerhouse local talent who rose to become the U18 Canadian National Singles Champion. Chih Chi proudly represented Team Canada on the world stage in the Junior Davis Cup, where he teamed up in doubles with future Grand Slam champion Félix Auger-Aliassime. He then played elite Division 1 NCAA tennis for the University of Texas Longhorns, helping them secure massive national victories and earning Big 12 Player of the Week honors.
